From September 9 to October 12, 2025, a digital art exhibition utilizing 42 digital signages within RAYARD MIYASHITA PARK in Shibuya, Tokyo was held. Featuring a large-scale network including 25 newly installed signages, the project explored new possibilities for digital art in urban spaces through an experimental approach.

The exhibition aimed to redefine urban digital signages, traditionally used for commercial advertising, as platforms for cultural experiences. The venue, Miyashita Park, was positioned as a site embodying the complex history of urban development in Japan. The project focused on three core values: openness to participation, preservation of place memory, and experimentation with publicness, employing digital technology to create new contexts and regional identities.

Two artworks were presented, selected from the digital art collection owned by GLIMMER DAO: "Brutal Divs" by Kitasenju Design and "Tracing the City Lights" by seohyo. "Brutal Divs" is a generative art piece reconstructing everyday web design elements using only CSS styles and Div tags, inspired by architectural brutalism and brutalist websites, serving as an experimental visual expression. "Tracing the City Lights" visualizes the energy and vitality of the city through circular gradients reminiscent of nighttime urban lights moving dynamically in multiple directions. Both works leverage digital technology characteristics and were chosen considering the facility's features and visitor experience.

This exhibition presented a new form of digital cultural activity in urban spaces, offering visitors a unified digital art experience. By utilizing a large-scale signage network, it became a significant example demonstrating the potential of digital art in public urban environments.
